Application
Ideal for small and medium sized electrical equipments operated by 3-phase AC induction motors, such as air-conditioners, industrial washing machines, industrial fans, blowers, centrifugal pumps etc.

Description
The TX3000 employs state of the art motor controller technology that manages the magnetic field of the AC motors. Recent series of the TX3000 have been improved with advanced features commonly used in that of the heavy duty TX2000 range.

 

Performance Characteristics:


Automatic load sensing mechanism
TX3000 is powered by Intellpower processor. It provides constant circuit intervention technique by reading the actual work load of the motor. When the actual work load is lower than the rated load; TX3000 will reduce the power (voltage and current) that are being fed to the motor. Saving of more than 70% is achievable where the motor is running at no load.

The sensing circuit measures and compares the voltage and current waveform of the motor. The Load sensing mechanism operates continuously and it takes readings once every three sine-wave cycles.


Digital load condition sensor
The Digital sensor operates on a closed-loop feedback system. Load condition of a particular application changes all the time. Accurate measurement is essential to ensure optimum management of the desired load condition.

 

Solid State Soft-Start & Soft Stop

Soft-Start & Soft-Stop allows reduces peak demand and enhance motor’s life span resulting from high inrush current induced wear and tear.

TX3000 provides a reliable and controlled release of power to the motor, allows step-less acceleration and deceleration which enable more frequent starting and stopping

This increases protection to the motor and peripherals by reducing high in-rush load, backlash, V-belt stress, excessive noise and vibration. All in all, the TX3P series is sure to extend motor life as damage to winding and bearing is reduced.
