Performance Characteristics
Automatic Load Sensing Mechanism
The TX5000 initiates load sensing mechanism immediately upon
power-on. It reads and logs-in the load profile and load characteristic
of the equipments for two to three minutes. Upon completion
of the load profiling exercise, the TX5000 begins to reduce
electrical usage without interfering with the performance
characteristic of the host equipment.
 
Continuous Load Profiling
Load Factor is profiled on a continuous
basis. At each three sine-wave cycle, the Intellpower microprocessor
redraws the load profile ascertained by its load factor. Automatic
and continuous load profiling ensures optimal use of electrical
energy without affecting the functionality, torque, slip and
speed regulation of the host motor. As a result, the motor
runs smoother, quieter, cooler and lasts longer.
