Step1: On setting up of account

You do not have to set up an account in advance. The first time you check out with your purchase(s), or sign up for one of our Global EcoSynergy Network Programs, you will be prompted to set up an account in a few simple to follow steps.

If you choose to be our EcoPartner,  you'll be asked to create a Trading ID and set up a password. We will automatically give you a e-Wallet for free with a different set of password (you can change this password at any time once set-up)

Once done, your account is instantly created, and it's secure -- guaranteed.

Next, about payment plan. Can I make installment payment?

 

Yes.  There're two ways you can accomplish this objective;

  1. Firstly, look out for the sign "EZ-Pay" on the price-pad of each merchandize. Select EZ-Pay and follow the instructions accordingly. Armstrong WebMall offer credit facility up to $20,000 per VIP account.

  2. Secondly, you can purchase Gift Certificate for your love one or Shopping Vouchers of certain value and keep them until sufficient value to make a purchase.

But, is it safe to send my credit card information over the Internet?
Absolutely. All information you transmit to Armstrong-AE is protected with most advanced security measures available. The security of your transactions is guaranteed by international rules of credit card merchants, written and enforced to protect your interest.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, JCB and Diners Club Card. However, there may be situations where the card issuers may refuse to accept certain cards from certain sources due to their internal security procedures. Armstrong-WebMall has no control over such procedures.

What other payment methods you offer?

It is easy to use Armstrong-WebMall's Gift Certificates and coupons  toward WebMall merchandizes. All WebMall's gift certificates and coupons values are stored in your account managed by the mall's Manager (indicated in U.S. Dollars). You can use them at any time just like having a certificate of deposit with your local bank.

At present, WebMall.com does not accept checks or money orders, for online transactions.

How is my order shipped?
For secured and fastest delivery, select secured speed mail. Delivery times may vary, but most items will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days if you're within the border of United States and Canada. Rush and Next Day delivery is available for many items; additional charges apply.

Can an order be shipped to more than one address?
Absolutely. And it's inexpensive -- it's just $4.95 for each additional address (standard shipping charges apply only to the first address) within the United States and Canada.

Do you ship to country outside the United States and Canada? What are the shipping charges?
Shipping prices for delivery outside the U.S. including APOs and FPOs vary based on the destination. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and don't include VAT, Customs duties or taxes. The Company does bill the exact amount of charges as quoted by its panel of international courier companies. Can I return the merchandize?
YES! 100% guarantee If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return it directly to us (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days for exchange of article of same value. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally except for special items & circumstances as described hereunder.

However, while we would like to give unconditional guarantee for cash refund, we also need to protect the interest of our EcoPartners where Eco-Rewards have been paid as part of our Global EcoSynergy Network (GEN) Program. Therefore, please read the following additional rules for product return for cash;

SPECIAL RULES ON CASH REFUND

Notwithstanding the terms and conditions contained on this site, it is an overriding condition that no purchase shall be refundable if any of the following two conditions apply;

1)    That no refund shall be made where EcoValue earned from the said purchase has undergone distribution process to its beneficiaries;

2)    That no refund shall be made after 30 days from the date of receipt of goods or 60 days of ex-store date whichever comes first.

Special rules apply for the following items:

1)    Software & e-Learning Materials: Return unopened software, e-Book or the likes for full refund in cash if the items are still on offer on our store. We will gladly exchange opened software or the likes for the same title.

2)    Technology: Because technology changes so quickly, we can only accept these items for return for cash or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt. This includes computer, monitor, notebook/laptops, copier, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, modem, printers, peripherals and handheld computers, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones/devices, telephones and networking products.

3)    Furniture, health & personal care, life & style products : These items are subject to natural wear and tear, so we can only accept for return within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom-ordered and custom-assembled items are made to your specifications, so returnable only if it is defective in materials and workmanship.
