WARRANTY STATEMENTARMSTRONG-AE GROUP, warrants that this product is sold with warranties, terms and conditions as expressed and herein contained (This statement of limited warranty is applicable worldwide) Statement of Limited Warranty The Intellpower is warranted to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a warranty period as listed below, from the date of original purchase by the user or Forty Eight (48) calendar months from the date of manufacture whichever is shorter. Any unauthorized replacement parts, accessories, modification and/or used by any other purpose other than those for which it is designed for, is excluded from this warranty. The warranty shall operate in lieu of any warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and/or all other warranties whether expressed or implied thereof, except of title and against patent infringement. ARMSTRONG’s warranty herein shall not under any circumstances be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages such as but not limited to damages or losses of other property or equipment, loss of profit, cost of purchases or replacement goods, or claims of customer of Purchaser for service interruption, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory. Any personal injury resulting, caused or inconsequential from the products described herein is expressly excluded herein.
