A) General
1. How to become an EcoSynergy Partner
(Eco-Partner):
Set up an account at with us. It's easy! Just fill
up a simple form at the Selection Page. Fill up the
information and click submit. Once set up you will
be given a user ID and password.
At the Selection Page, you may choose the typea of
membership status you wish to participate:

Infinity shown as
refers to unlimited eco-rewards plan

Matrix shown as
refers to cyclical eco-rewards plan
-
EcoFriend shown as
refers to friendship status where to receive
free newsletter delivered to your mail.
Once you've decided on any particular plan, just
click on the icon and follow the instructions.
2. What are the benefits?

B) Rules for EcoSynergy
MATRIX
Project

|
1. |
All payments are made for purchase of goods only. The
EcoSynergy Project Bonus (hereinafter called the Bonus) |
|
2.

Basic requirement to participate in the Project is
purchases of EcoSynergy products with value equivalent
to 600GEV (Group Earning Value) eg. (one unit of TX6106
is 200GEV; 3 units amounts to 600GEV) |
|
3.
|
You may participate in as many projects as you wish. |
|
4.
|
Bonus is paid on a cyclical basis when a Project is
completed and is paid based on a first come first serve
basis. |
|
5.
|
All Bonus shall be paid in equal amounts. |
|
6.
|
Procedures
|
|
|
|
|
6.1 |
Upon acceptance of your registration, you will be given
a password and user ID. You can gain access to your
account using the ID and password. |
|
6.2 |
Upon successfully completing a total of 600GEV of
Project value, you will be promoted as Senior Project
Officer. |
|
6.3 |
As a Senior Project Officer, the Company will assign two
(2) Junior Project Officers under your management and
supervision with the objective of helping them to
be successful in the EcoSynergy Project. |

6.4 |
The Company will reward up to US $363 of Bonus for
completing each Project Objective. |
|
6.5 |
Each Project is assigned with a Tracking number. This
number is alloted by the computer according to two basic
rules:

The Rule of Association
When a new Project is created, it will be associated
with an Existing Project if they are associated in terms
of User ID and Appointer ID (Both requirements must be
satisfied for this rule be apply) |

The Rule of Time
If the Rule of Association does not apply, then the
Rule of Time shall apply. This is where a newly created
Project is placed in accordance to the next available
position in the EcoSynergy-World Project.

7.
|
A completed Project shall be taken out from the Master
project Plan. |
|
8.
|
Upon payment of Project Bonus for a completed Project,
there shall be no further claim against the Company
other than those stated in the Statement of Limited
Warranties. |

Can I sign up as a Junior Project Officer without buying
any stock ? |

A1 |
Yes. However, you will not be given a password and User
ID to access the EcoSynergy Project Schedule until you
satisfy the requirement stated in Rule 2 in the Rule
Book. As a Junior Officer, you are entitled to purchase
the Company products at a discounted price. |

Can I qualify myself into the Project by slowly
accumulating my requirement? |

Yes, you may do so. However, you must make application
as a Junior Officer before you embark on this process. |

Q3. |
How much time is needed to complete a single EcoSynergy
Project? |
|
A3 |
The Rule of Association will help you to complete your
project quickly if you use it well. If not, the Rule of
Time will apply. |
