Poverty
is the central theme of almost every social problem. Armstrong
EcoSynergy Network is a pragmatic concept-plan to confront this problem;
better known as energy poverty. EcoSynergy is an ecological
socio-economic platform that opens up new possibilities to confront
energy poverty. GEN has chosen two basic approaches in this initiative:

lesser cost; and

Expanding income
opportunities Productive use of energy has a direct impact on the
standard of living of a given society.
It is the basis support
system that enables a better quality of life. Acknowledging this fact,
Armstrong Global EcoSynergy Network (AGENe) is set up with EcoEnergy project in its system core. It seeks to
enhance prosperity with productive use of energy, while at the same time
mitigate environmental damage. Surrounding the system core, is a host of
promoted activities aimed at improving quality of life. These include
technologies to produce clean water, basic health-care, cheap and
adequate shelter, education, security and new income opportunities.
Technology that promotes
productive use of power at lesser cost (thus lesser environmental
damage) enhances productivity and hence better quality of life. Waiting
for the utility company to lower down the tariff rate or the government
to hand out a tax break on your power cost is a passive strategy that is
hopeful but not realistic.
At Armstrong, we recommend that you take an
aggressive strategy by participating in any of our energy efficiency
programs, called the Armstrong EcoEnergy Program. Armstrong EcoEnergy
Program is designed to allow participants like you to enjoy maximum
productive power while paying lesser power cost. This is achieved by removing wherever
possible power losses, wastages, energy inefficiency at all stages.
Inefficiency in energy
profile is usually the result of either one or combination of poor
building design, inappropriate installation method and poor operational
maintenance.
Above that, there's
inefficiency at the core i.e. inherent inefficiency associated with AC
induction motors; the driver of almost all modern equipments be it a
pump, refrigerator, freezer, air-conditioning and many others.
The net result is significant and
effective reduction of power costs. The Program is equally beneficial
for the utility company and government alike where lesser planting-up
costs is needed and national foreign exchange can be freed for other
productive purposes.
SUPPORTING PROGRAMS
In our efforts to offer a
comprehensive platform to sustain energy prosperity, new programs are
added from time to times to enhance chances of success for the
initiative. The most notable one is the FREE EDUCATION program named
elearning lessons. It is conducted both on the internet and on the
ground by Armstrong EcoSynergy e-tutors, an affiliate or business
joint-venture program where the richs and the poors can trully
joint-venture, form partnership and affiliations in line with the main
theme of Armstrong EcoSynergy; i.e. confront enegry poverty at the root.
More opportunities are opening up daily offering new hope
for countless doomed in poverty.
